I have had my SUV serviced here two times. The first time everything was explained to me, I was given a ride home since I had to leave my SUV, and my SUV was finished when promised. The second time I made an appointment. I only waited about five minutes until they pulled my SUV in the bay. About five minutes later, I was escorted into the bay so they could show me the problem, which they said they could not fix (ended up needing a welder). I asked for a recommendation of where to have it fixed, which they gave me, and I was on my way without being charged a service fee, which I was very appreciative of. I recommend this place for your car service and repair needs.

Car wouldn't start morning before the big windstorm in March 2017. Lost power in senior citizens apt in plymouth. Had no power in apt and no car to go to stay somewhere else. Friend who had taken car to Autolab for years called about new battery. Jim, Jeff and Mark were so nice. They had great mechanic install. new battery right before closing. Actually stayed later to make sure I was taken care of. Great customer service for a grateful gramma! Would recommend to anyone with car problems. Thanks again!

I would highly recommend Auto Lab for any car repairs you might need. They do everything. As a women who does not know much about cars, and has a limited budget,I felt very comfortable talking to Jeff. He explained everything thoroughly, and gave me a written estimate so I could review it at home, and have the repairs done, on an ongoing basis. They have several different discount coupons listed on their website, and also provide you with a great running loaner car for the time that your auto is in for repairs. What more could you ask for in a car repair place?

We presented a vehicle that was producing a loud squeaking noise coming from the front end of the vehicle. We expected to hear the worst about a repair. To our delight, it turned out to be in need of lubrication which was covered under the diagnostic charge. This showed us that the Livonia Auto Lab is a trust worthy business, they could have told us something was really in need of repair and charged us a great deal of money, but they did not.

Working with the guys at Auto-Lab has made my job so much easier. I take my company cars (as well as my personal car soon) to their shop to do all maintenance and repairs and they always do such a great job. They are friendly, easy to talk to about the problems with the vehicles and they are willing to go above and beyond to make sure that their customers get the best possible service. I have been to many shops and never had such a great experience as going to this one. All work completed on the vehicles is done top notch and in a timely fashion.
